What changes in your day

Your software should talk to each other.

01

See what needs you.

Bring leads, quotes, jobs, follow-ups and invoice status into a clear view built around your day.

02

Connect what already works.

Keep useful software. We check supported connections and agree which system owns each record before wiring them together.

03

Build around your business.

When an off-the-shelf tool leaves a gap, we can create the missing screen or workflow. Start small and grow it as the business does.

A few fair questions

Good to know.

Do I have to replace Buildxact or Xero?

Usually not. We look for the smallest useful improvement first. Sometimes that means connecting your existing tools; sometimes a custom CRM makes more sense.

Is the dashboard showing live customer data?

The website example uses fictional records. A real implementation needs authorised access, agreed data fields, testing and a clear way to handle delayed or failed updates.

Can you connect GoHighLevel to Buildxact?

We can scope a custom workflow where the available APIs support it. Buildxact API access needs approval. We don’t promise a ready-made native connection between every pair of apps.
